Guess what? I did it again! One Good Catch is available on Amazon!

The self-publish button was hit again the other night and One Good Catch is back up on Amazon!!

Included w/ the purchase of this book is my short story about Jack and Maggie called Before We Break.

One Good Catch
A Maguire's Corner novel
Book 2 in the Maguire's Corner series

Ignoring a recent trauma that is affecting her everyday life, ER Doctor Kate Maguire engages in some high risk activities, but putting herself in these dangerous situations isn’t enough to feed her edginess. She needs something more. When her brother’s high school best friend comes back to town, it’s her chance for a ‘no strings attached’ fling with the man who still headlines in all her best dreams.

Rhys MacGrath’s days of one-night-stands are long over. The pro-football player might be side-lined at rehab for a shoulder injury, but that doesn’t mean he can’t admire and desire the all-grown-up, so-damn-hot, version of the tomboy he once knew. His sudden interest in Kate might be aggravating his best friend, who doesn’t approve, but it’s her indifference that’s driving Rhys crazy.

Everything heats up when Kate’s nosy nature sets her in the line of fire of an arsonist forcing them to deal with more than just the sparks igniting between them.

I did a thing...I hit the self-publish button. Already Home is back up for sale!

I've self-published/re-released Already Home and it's great to see it back up on Amazon, w/ a new cover I made myself!

I'm giving One Good Catch a quick once-over and then it will be back up for sale as well, w/ its own hot new cover!

Bobby's book, And Then You Fall, may take a little more time to have a final edit, but I want to get that one published before the end of this year. (Maybe if I put it in writing, I'll get it accomplished).

I've made my peace with going it alone. I don't write stories to fit certain parameters, I write stories that I love.

So, if you want to read the story that started the Maguire's Corner series, check out Already Home today!

Already Home
A Maguire's Corner novel
Book 1 in the Maguire's Corner series

Coffee shop owner Maggie Maguire doesn’t trust the new police chief her father hired to protect Maguire’s Corner. He’s a stranger, cold, bossy and annoyingly handsome. But, Maggie’s witnessed a serious crime and now someone’s trying to kill her. The man that aggravates her most might be the only one that can help her.

Police Chief Jack Munro likes his new job and his new town, and unfortunately, he also likes the stubborn but beautiful town sweetheart. His self-imposed hands-off Maggie policy is about to be put to the ultimate test when he must keep her close to protect her while he tracks down a ruthless killer.

Determined to ignore Jack’s charms, Maggie attempts to help him unravel the mystery but when their lives hang in the balance she must decide how much she’s willing to risk to save the man she suddenly can’t resist.

This book’s original title was Maguire’s Corner. The name was changed to Already Home when it was published a second time. This is its third venture out into the market.

#IWSG - September - I'm barely getting this post in on time!!! :)

It’s time for another group posting of the Insecure Writer’s Support Group! Time to release our fears to the world – or offer encouragement to those who are feeling neurotic. If you’d like to join us, click HERE and sign up. We post the first Wednesday of every month and encourage everyone to visit at least a dozen new blogs and leave a comment. Your words might be the encouragement someone needs.

The awesome co-hosts today are Gwen Gardner, Doreen McGettigan, Tyrean Martinson, Chemist Ken, and Cathrina Constantine!

Last day to enter the Insecure Writer’s Support Group Annual Anthology Contest! Don't miss the deadline.

We need co-hosts! If you can co-host October 2, November 6, December 4, or January 8, please let us know. Leave a comment or send an email to the IWSG email.

September 4 optional question - If you could pick one place in the world to sit and write your next story, where would it be and why?

Thank you for your patience! I almost didn't get my post done today!
I've been working hard on trying to format my books so I can put them back up on Amazon myself. I figure they're not doing me any good on my computer, so maybe I'll just give this self-pub gig a shot. I even made some covers for them! I still need to have edits done on book 3, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. So, I'll let you guys know when they're back up!
I'm off to participate for a few more minutes in Tara Tyler's #wedwrant on Twitter! It's for writers to get together and chat! Check out the hashtag for more info!
Happy September!
