#IWSG #atozchallenge Stormy's Epic Adventurous Quest Journey - E

Stormy the Weather Gnome, and friends, star in this action-filled docudrama detailing Stormy's quest to find the cure to his ... predicament.

E

"EUREKA, Stormy! You're upright!"

"Darn it, Stormy 2.0! Did you really just push me over, you short-legged night feeder?"

"I high-fived your face!"

"I'm surprised you could reach that high."

Will Stormy & Stormy 2.0 ever learn to get along?
Stay tuned!

Purpose: To share and encourage. Writers can express doubts and concerns without fear of appearing foolish or weak. Those who have been through the fire can offer assistance and guidance. It’s a safe haven for insecure writers of all kinds!

Alex's awesome co-hosts for the April 6 posting of the IWSG will be Megan Morgan, Chris Votey, Viola Fury, Christine Rains, Madeline Mora-Summonte, L.G. Keltner, Rachna Chhabria, and Patricia Lynne!

I'm insecure about finishing the A to Z Challenge.
I'm insecure about ever finishing book 3 in the Maguire's Corner series.
I'm insecure about re-editing my original story.
I'm insecure about my short story that comes out in the anthology next month.
I'm insecure.

But, I'm going to keep moving forward.
Cause that's what we do.

(I didn't realize you had multiple Stormys! Now I'm having visions of a Stormy army guarding your house.)

  6. Little brother gnomes are as bad as little brother (or sister) humans, I see. Stormy 2.0 needs a time out.

  8. Perhaps you should hang than Gnome upsidedown... they hate that.

Our insecurity definitely has a way of slowing us down, but good to keep trying to push forward.

  9. Oh no! Get along, guys! Thankfully I have a Smurf in my garden and he likes to clean... or so I assume as he's always holding a broom.

That's right! Keep on pushing on. :)

  10. It's a buddy pic - they'll stick together no matter what
In regards to insecurity - stay the course and you'll be epic!

  11. Stormy just might have to nibble his kneecaps off. LOL

Feel the insecurity and do it anyway.

  12. I sympathise with all your insecurities as they're all mine. Except, where you are insecure about your short in the anthology, I'm insecure about a flash fiction competition entry. :) But, like you say - we keep moving on. X

  24. Oh dear Stormy 2.0 is reminding me of my newest kitten who seems determined at the moment to annoy the matriarch of my cat pack - as she too has mastered the art of face Hi-fives!! Let's hope all will settle down soon between gnomes and felines :)

  26. Ha! I like the "I high-fived your face!" bit. CLassic.

It is a bit scary to have a story coming out in an anthology, but it's also a good thing. Congratulations! I hope people love your story!
