Stormy's Ancient Asian Fortune Cookie!

Today's weather: Partly sunny or mostly cloudy. High of 52 degrees.

I love having Asian food for dinner. Chinese is my favorite. The best part is the fortune cookie at the end of my meal!

In case you're wondering, no, those were not the winning Mega Millions numbers.

I guess I will have to go back to my weather reporting job on Monday.

I'd still like to know what this 'good news' is all about.

Anyone out there have some good news for me?

  4. Sorry you didn't get the winning lottery numbers. I know there are a lot of people out there bummed about that one.

    I love this A to Z theme.

  5. I think those mega million prizes cause more problems than they solve sometimes. Maybe your good news is you didn't win! :)

  6. Good news is we make new connections every day and bring new friends into our lives through awesome things like the A to Z.

And I have to return to my job on Monday, too, as I didn't win either. ;)

  10. Yes, Stormy, I do have good news for you. From your photo, it doesn't appear to be raining (like it is here this morning) and your glue seems to be holding. Concentrate on the little things and the big things will come!

  12. Bummer! I hope you like your day job. =D

I've always heard the the really lame fortune cookie sayings can be made hilarious by the addition of two words to the end: in bed

Hmmm . . . give some real potential to your fortune. ;)

  13. Good news - I'm fluent in sarcasm as well. And I found your blog. And I'm a new follower. And isn't that all better than being a millionaire? :)

  19. The good news is that fortunes, horoscopes et al are meaningless! But they are fun to read at times.

I want to learn how to make my own fortune cookies, sans the fortunes, most likely. I just love the taste!

  20. Jeremy - They are delicious. I bet its easier then we think to make them!
